Collabera (Ascendion) & HP Inc

I initially started working at HP Inc at the Rio Rancho, NM location as a contingent/contract worker through Collabera (no known as Ascendion). The typical/common time frame most agents take to become full blown HP badged emplyees is normally about 1-2 years, however, with a lot of hardwork, dedication, and guidance from various leaders and co-workers with seniority, I was able to get offered a badge in under a year.

My first position upon being badged by HP Inc was as an Elite Technical Support Agent L1. This department provides technical support for all HP Elite devices, including out of warranty so long as the customer pays the service fee. The devices we would troubleshoot were notebooks, desktops, displays, and some peripherals.

After being in that position for just under a year, I got an offer from another department that provides premium technical support for commercial computing. I had then transferred over to Workstations and got trained in their processess and due to the shift I have (2nd shift), I was also cross trained in Federal processess so I could help federal customers once the fed team was out of office as the last agents leave at about 6p local time for the day.
