Custom Gaming PC Build
I had been wanting a gaming PC for a few years a few years ago I had finally decided to start buying the parts I needed for the build I wanted. I initially started with a motherboard and SSD, I worked at GameStop at the time and was able to use my employee discount which was very convenient.
Eventually after slowly buying parts over the course of 2 years, I had finally completed my build and was ready to put it together. A friend of mine whose built PCs before for himself and others had come over to my home to assist me with the build.
Once all the parts where in the correct place within the chassis, I had the BIOS flashed, which was required in this situation as the motherboard was initially manufactured prior to the release of the AMD Ryzen 9 processor and would not accept USB input without flashing first. After the BIOS flashing was completed, I installed Windows 10 as normal and began setting up the unit to my liking.
Due to the unit being a custom build, I do at times unexpectedly learn a new troubleshooting process and have had to use some of the knowledge I had learned during those moments with my personal unit.
